Can a wedding between a Jew and a Catholic be in a church??

I am Catholic and he is Jewish. I would like to get married in a church. Is that possible with a rabbi present? His family is Conservative but he is not and we plan to raise the children Catholic. I am attending a church wedding October 15. The ceremony is at 1 p.m., the reception is at 5 p.m. at the Hilton. Cocktails at 5 p.m., dinner at 6.
