I heard that a veil is only appropriate to wear if it is your first wedding. Is there any truth to that? If so, why? If not, are there any guidelines for types of veils. My dress is spagetti strap, chiffon empire with soft flowing satin A-line bottom draping into a chapel train. Very simple but....

No response to RSVP
My daughter is getting married in July and the invitations have been mailed. The wedding is in Pennsylvania, her fiance is from Wisconsin and they graduated from college in South Carolina. There are people invited from all over the country, many of whom I have never met.
The RSVP's are very slow....
