Okay to have assorted wedding favors?

I'm having guests assigned by table, but not by seat at the table. Would it be okay to have assorted favors in organza bags? I will be giving cookies as my wedding favors. They will be homemade. We are trying to think of something to put on the tag of the bag that incorporates "sweet" somehow. Do you have any suggestions?
