Veil to go with formal wedding dress

I have attached a picture of my dress. The wedding is formal. I am hoping to have my hair up with the veil tucked in at the back of my head; removing it for the reception.

Flower headpieces vs tiaras which is more formal?

I was just wondering, which is more formal, tiara or a flower headpiece? Seems that I have a choice to wear either but I wasn't sure if the flower one would look as good as the tiara only because my wedding will be big, and I really don't want it to look tacky when I walk down the aisle; any advice.... Circular Veil - how do I make it detachable?

I bought my veil and tiara separately off E-Bay and I love both. But I'm getting my hair done the morning of my wedding and need to put the tiara in at that time. I don't want to wear the veil all day until pictures start around 4:30pm.

Wedding tiara hurts my head

I purchased my tiara but, after spending tons of dollars, the darn thing won't fit. Worst of all it hurts my head.
