Your christening gown, flower girl dress or ring bearer outfit will be handled with loving care, cleaned and preserved, and shipped back to you within 2 - 10 weeks from the day it is received.

The Christening Gown Preservation Process
The highest degree of professional care goes into the heirloom process of cleaning your child's christening gown.
First, we send you a kit which includes the box in which to return the garment, all processing forms to be completed, prepaid shipping labels. Pack up your gown/dress as per the enclosed instructions and ship.
When your outfit is received by The Gown Preservation Company, your garment is examined for stains/spots.
Proven stain removal formulas are used to remove spots and treat the outfit for sugar stains. Your outfit is thoroughly cleaned.
It is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and placed carefully into a preservation chest with an acid-free display window. The preservation box is enclosed in a heavy duty shipping carton. Your preservation chest is shipped to you sealed. The box can be opened. Resealing materials are enclosed to place inside the seams of the preservation box. Your guarantee will not be voided if you need to open the preservation chest. However, you should take care to reseal the chest with the resealing materials provided. We also enclose gloves with which to handle the garment. If your heirloom is handled excessively or soiled, it should be cleaned and preserved again.
Your christening gown/flower girl dress is shipped back to you pre-paid anywhere in the Continental US (We do not ship to Canada or Hawaii) by UPS. The cleaning and preserving process will be completed in 2 - 10 weeks after it is received. Please Note: Repairs or additional services requested may also extend the processing time.
