About a year ago, my son became engaged to his long time girlfriend. The announcement was no surprise, but man, the shopping experience sure was. Now, you might think, hey, these people are IN the wedding business and have been for almost 11 years now. They must know the in's and out's of all things wedding. I thought that too - wrong!

Being on this side of the wedding planning is daunting. Phew. So many products and wedding services to choose from. What's good, what's quality, what's not? Who knew?

My soon-to-be daughter-in-law began giving me her opinions of products and her shopping experiences and the idea to have her, and other brides and grooms like you, post those musings online was born.
