But we know you\u2019re busy already, so we\u2019ve saved you some time by creating a list that you can simply <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.topweddingsites.com\/wedding-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Team-Wedding-WeddingWeekChecklist.pdf\">print out and keep with you<\/a>.<\/strong> Many of these items, such as creating lists or timelines, can be done before the wedding week, so look it over and get an early start to ensure a relaxing approach to your big day.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put together a bag or box with what should be placed on each table: table number\/name, place cards (in order), table plan, menus, favors, decorations, party games\/entertainment. Drop them off at the venue.<\/li>\n<li>Pick up your marriage license (You need to apply for it weeks in advance, but it needs to be returned shortly after it is picked up)<\/li>\n<li>Pick up your dress and the tux rentals<\/li>\n<li>Pack your honeymoon bag (don\u2019t forget your booking confirmations and passports!)<\/li>\n<li>Create a plan to ensure that you and the groom and both of your bags are all in the same place at the end of the night.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm day-of timeline with hair and makeup artists<\/li>\n<li>Share the day-of-timeline with bridesmaids, family members, photographer\/videographer (for getting-ready shots)<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019re doing your own hair or makeup, practice one more time<\/li>\n<li>Create a plan for your wedding dress after the reception. Who will take it and store it in a safe place until you return?<\/li>\n<li>Delegate a point person for each vendor \/ Give point person contact info to each vendor<\/li>\n<li>Reconfirm arrival times with vendors<\/li>\n<li>Send final guest list to caterer and venues<\/li>\n<li>Delegate small wedding-day tasks (bustle dress, carry things, snacks, person to hand out final payments and tips in envelopes)<\/li>\n<li>Send checklist of must-have shots to the photographer\/videographer<\/li>\n<li>Schedule a spa treatment for yourself (a stress-relieving massage is a must!)<\/li>\n<li>Build your own bridal emergency kit, or create a list and send it to your MOH (Include your favorite healthy snacks or foods to encourage you to stay fed despite the nerves on the big day)<\/li>\n<li>Check weather, and if needed, contact vendors to be sure a contingency plan is in place<\/li>\n<li>Assign someone to pack up your gifts\/belongings after the reception, including the top tier of cake!
