Easy access to and from your wedding and reception site will keep you guests at the celebration instead of in the parking lot. There are a few things to consider when deciding if you need a valet or parking attendant service.<\/p>\n<p>How large is your guest list? If you have 300 or more RSVPs for your wedding, then consider a valet service at the wedding and reception sites. At the very least, have a valet for the reception. This will allow your guests to arrive ahead of you, mix and mingle, and have a drink before you and the groom make your grand entrance.<\/p>\n<p>Ask if the venue you are considering offers valet services. They may be able to add this service on for a nominal price instead of hiring an outside valet staff. If the venue does not offer this service, then ask what the guidelines are for bringing in a valet. Each location has its own rules and parking restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>What if you have found the perfect location for your reception, but it is located on a busy street with little parking. Check if there is a parking garage close by with a valet service or if it can be rented for parking. Ask the venue where they have guests to park and if there is an added fee for parking. If parking is more than a block away or on a busy street, then offer your guests valet services.<\/p>\n<p>Your family and friends will receive the royal treatment at your wedding with a valet parking their cars. Guests are more interested in celebrating with you than worrying about parking.
