Sugar-Free Chocolate Cupcake with Mocha-Hazelnut Cream Cheese Frosting<\/p>\n<p>Those sound yummy to me but, of course, if that\u2019s not to your liking you can always go online to change you meal choice.<\/p>\n<p>There are daily caloric values to choose, the most common are, 1200 &#8211; 1400 calories a day for the ladies and 1600 &#8211; 1800 calories for the men. I chose the 1600-1800 calories because I plan on working out every day. I\u2019ll let you know how THAT goes too!<\/p>\n<p>Sounds convenient and healthy, right? I can\u2019t wait to get started.
