By choosing to do something which is a little healthier, you and the rest of the hens will feel rejuvenated and confident, rather than puffy eyed and hazy, the former of which is especially important in preparation for your big day. Whether you\u2019re in the UK on a hen weekend in Liverpool<\/a> or overseas on a hen do in Marbella, there\u2019ll be an option which will be good to the mind, body and spirit!<\/p>\n

Choosing an activity like a dance class will get everyone moving and will increase the energy in the group!
