Four months into the year and everyone is still obsessed with Pantone’s 2016 Color of the Year. Rose Quartz and Serenity are an elegant duo that make for a serene combination that has us all inspired. We love how expressive and fluid these colors are; they balance each other out perfectly. Take a look at these subtle yet stylish ways to incorporate these colors into your everyday looks!

Wrap It Up

A simple yet chic way to incorporate these colors is by throwing on a wrap or scarf! This look is pretty versatile – just pick a lighter scarf for those warmer months and switch to cashmere wraps and knit scarves as the weather cools down.

Twirling in Tulle

Tulle skirts give off an ethereal and romantic yet simple chic vibe. Tulle skirts are the perfect piece in your closet to add a touch of Rose Quartz or Serenity to, giving off a cool vibe. Pick a longer skirt for a more feminine look while shorter skirts keep it casual!

Nail Designs

Nail designs are a great way for adding subtle hints of color to any outfit. Pantone selected two colors for the year, there’s a huge variety of colors that can be used for designs! Try playing with geometric designs for a more edgy look or an ombre nail color with a more feminine outfit!

Chic Clutch

We love versatile accessories! That’s why we love the idea of incorporating Rose Quartz and Serenity by adding a clutch in the same colors. These two colors blend well and easily match any outfit, making it the perfect accessory for an on-the-go simple way to add a Pantone color!

Pantone’s Color of the Year is meant to inspire creativity, don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone with these gorgeous colors. Whether you like subtle hints or big displays of color, Serenity and Rose Quartz are defining colors that can be incorporated into our own style color palette!
